While we are authorized to process and facilitate government transactions, we are a privately operated service center and not a government entity. All approvals, rejections, and final decisions regarding applications are made solely by the relevant UAE government authorities.
Pricing clarity
Service charges apply for assistance and processing at our center. Government fees are charged separately in accordance with the regulations of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA-Dubai) and the Department of Economy and Tourism.
